Some ;) tips on keeping fit in the battle against the keyboard.

In addition to daily exercise and proper diet.
Eat a good healty breakfast. You'll need the calories to be productive not sleepy in the
afternoon.

Avoid sitting for more than 1-2 hours without walking around.
Use proper posture in sitting and typing.
Type in relaxed, curved without looking at keyboard. Learn how if you don't. Use
the guide bumps on the key.

Stop typing! every once in a while just stop and relax your hands. Move around etc.
Then go back to the grind. Tiny breaks heal a bunch.

If your wrist is burning your doing something wrong or doing it too long.
RSI is exacly that. Repetition...

Cold is best. Ice ice ice and swimming. Nothing better and colder the better.

Good Chair with lumbar. Lumbar support and good posture is critical. If you don't
feel comfortable after working at the chair somethings not right.

Monitor and Desk settings are important too. I'll try to go into that more
in detail later. Feel free to contribute.
Bottom line don't push it.
